The Event

Three days of show, education and networking to award the world winner of the SPYCA Competition, an international scouting and permanent training project for young culinary talents.

The final is the climax of a 2-year global training and selection process which, through 12 regional competitions, has identified 48 finalists, 12 for each of the 4 prizes, including the iconic SPYCA Award. The event lasts 3 days and includes the competition between the 12 finalists of the SPYCA Award, the award ceremony and, compared to the 3 previous editions, new educational and networking activities that enrich the experience, including workshops and the Brain Food Forum, a talk with M. Bottura, V. Martinez and the 7 members of the jury sharing testimonies and visions on the gastronomy of the future, inspiring the young chefs attending the event and the general public of finedininglovers.it. The awards ceremony, capable of reviving the emotions and the journey made by young chefs within the Academy, is followed by the gala dinner signed by Bottura which translates into taste the spirit of the SPYC Academy, made of talent, creativity, innovation, passion and professionalism.
