Schola Pragensis is an annual state-organized educational fair for students from (mostly) elementary schools to find inspiration or get information for their secondary education in Prague.
It was the task for AV MEDIA EVENTS to creatively come up with a user-friendly way to unite on-line streaming, a web platform and live inputs from schools and students. Not only for the first 3 days of the main introduction event, but also for the next 3 months of the fair.
For the first 3 days, which served as the main introduction event, we decided to go for a livestream from a professional studio we set up in the Prague Congress Centre. A few live hosts were invited to talk about themes around secondary education and schools had the opportunity to deliver a short video to present themselves during the livestream.
For the rest of the 3 months, we created a tailor-made web app, for which we used our own product oneAVexpo. Every school had their own personalised profile, on which they placed photos, virtual tours and other information. They could livestream on their profiles and there were live chats available to simulate live interactions that would have taken place at a live fair.
