The Event

TP2B 2022; seven countries, 7000 people. The ONE place for the Atea employees and their partners to make long lasting memories together at Oslofjord Convention Center in Norway.

In order to succeed, they need to work more closely together. Atea created 19 Communities where the employees had the possibility to share ideas, gain new knowledge, get best-practices and to get to know their colleagues better. Across countries, boarders and divisions. The timeline was:
Before: virtually During: physically meet, interact and have fun! After: continue to collaborate across countries and borders. The areas for the ONE Atea Communites were based on input from:
– Business Development Managers from each country
– Employees and what they think Atea needs order to succeed with their plan
They organized the communities in Teams collaboration and had global teams open across countries, with one channel for each community and a chair that was carefully selected with passion for their area. By using functions as gamification and competitions they managed to create engagement. The statistics was on an overall level and measured in posts and reactions.
