The creative concept of SAP NOW Vienna 2025 was to transform the historic Marx Halle into a future hub of innovation. Large LED screens and flexible breakout areas enabled seamless content delivery. Seven stages were realized as a silent event with headsets, offering a unique, personalized experience. AI-powered live translation enhanced inclusivity, while interactive demo stands encouraged hands-on exploration of SAP solutions. An immersive lunch installation combined projections and gastronomy for selected guests.
