Future Farm Days is Lely’s flagship multiday event to introduce new products, inspire colleagues, excite partners and draw media attention.
The objective of the congress was to unite the global Lely community of customers, dealers and industry partners in a setting that combined inspiration with in-depth dialogue. It served as the platform to introduce new products, sharpen the understanding of the existing portfolio and share Lely’s vision for the future of farming. Beyond presenting innovations, the congress was designed to transfer knowledge, gather valuable insights from professionals in the field and create a shared momentum for sustainable agricultural progress.
Objectives:
1. After the event, the people in the distribution network have the knowledge and skills to successfully bring the solutions to market.
2. Achieve media reach of 2 million people.
3. Reach at least 750,000 people through social media.
4 Event receives an average rating of 8 or higher.
For this edition, the ambition was to create a congress experience that inspired lasting engagement within the Lely community. While showcasing Lely’s latest innovations, the focus was equally on strengthening collaboration, knowledge sharing and dialogue across Clusters and Centers. The concept “Together we create the future” highlighted that shaping farming’s future is a shared responsibility. Instead of one-way presentations, the program fostered conversations in intimate settings. Creative tools such as AI-powered translation, personalized communication, a directed show format and outstanding hospitality removed barriers, ensured inclusivity and enabled genuine connection.
