Upon the launch of Allegris, a fully customizable flight experience, Lufthansa Group impressed its audiences with an immersive event that put its guest center stage – in fact, literally.
Since this new product generation of Lufthansa Group is an unparalleled, fully customizable, and individual flight experience, it was clear to us that the launch-event needed to follow suit – with a maximum of individualization, from the check-in to the check-out.
So, we introduced NFC-bracelets as a core part of the event, which held voluntarily entered data from all invitees and thereby made their personal preferences to their own personalized guest journey. “Truly yours”, the accompanying product-launch media campaign, became a real-life encounter for all attendees: from customized welcome messages, personalized product information – to even cocktail creations based on personal likings.
We truly put our guests center stage: They also became an active part of our main show, by having their previously taken photos from arrival at the location as a meticulously planned show-sequence on our 600m2 of LED-walls.
