An event production manager and a technical engineer meet on stage  to discuss LED display and video projections from their different points of view. The session begins with an explanation and analysis of LED display and projection technology. Some real cases will be shown to place the technologies in real events to have a better view of the differences between the two visual options. Participants will be conducted and involved in the decision making process,  from the brief to the proposal.  Main topics will be explained during this walk through in order to let participants understand the reasons of the chosen solutions.

We attend events to learn, find joy and belonging and nurture ourselves and return with this to our organizations and homes. Event designers have the power to build environments and narrative arcs that deliver emotional engagement. If we don't care, who does? Governments who are on the World Happiness Index, organizations that invest billions in wellbeing programs and individuals who want to live their best lives - we all have to be interested in this to build a world we want to live in!

There will be a mirror photobooth where participants can write their contribution on how they can become a good event ancestor on the mirror. This will be recorded. We will mail their personal video

On the branches of the tree we will hang small cards. On these cards you will find solutions, innovations, initiatives, etc. all related to making events last for eternity. The low cards are the ‘low hanging fruits’, things that are easy to do and apply. The higher up the tree the more challenging the solutions are. People can pick a card and talk about it while sitting in the bean bags and cushions. Participants can also hang new cards in the tree if they want to share their idea, solution or innovation.

Showcase innovations, initiatives that actually contribute to a succesfull events industry. This is where AI, digital solutions can be showcased.
