We built the first Polish L’Oréal Paris Lab for 2 days (1st VIP/press/influenceres & 2nd open to the public). To convey knowledge about brand formulas & technologies, by immersive experiences.
For many, skin care functions are still a mystery (SW Research 2019). Molecules are not even visible to the naked eye. To change it, we created storytelling based on science, highlighting solid scientific foundations in first Polish L’Oréal Paris Laboratory, in the centre of Warsaw.
We’ve transformed 2.5 K m² of iconic local building to reach 2 target groups & divided event for 2 days according to main goals: high reach (press & influencers) & build awarness & relationship with a brand (open to public). Consumer journey were designed to gave each guest activations access. The tour started from 3rd floor. During way downstairs they have getting closer to a brand by sightseeing each of 5 dedicated brand areas, divided by categorize of specialization. In a tangible way we’ve explained effect of cosmetics by a.o: interactive new-tech activations (VR, UV, VISA), consultations with experts & make up artists or high reliable skin examinations or testing the products PH in experimential way.
