Beyond Imagination – SF90 Spider World Premiere

A fully digital World Premiere dedicated and reserved to top Ferrari customers, to present the new SF90 Spider in an extremely technological and innovative way.

The main sources of inspiration were the breathtaking performance of this car, the lack of compromise and the incredible sensations you get when driving.
We thought of a circuit within an imaginary hyper-technological city that, when a mysterious and powerful source of energy passes by, transforms and comes to life. The places that the car passes through are transfigured, illuminated and regenerated.
The whole environment comes to life in a hyper-realistic way: it is the very power of this car that reverberates among the skyscrapers of the city. At the end of its run, the car shows itself in all its majesty within a hyper-technological set: the ultra-modern harbour of this ultra-city.

A series of innovative virtual events (Green Deal, Porto Social Summit, Citizens’ Dialogues…)

How to communicate with EU citizens during pandemic restrictions.
Creating virtual and hybrid events with a focus on creativity, innovations, dramaturgy to deliver the message of the events.

We have pushed the boundaries and possibilities of production, preparation and perception of virtual events.

– The unique technological solution based on the unreal engine consisted, for example, in remote directing in combination with the connection of speakers from all over Europe and the virtual transfer of physical speakers from the virtual studio to the physical scene.

– Remote directing – for example, it was a connection of two green screen studios in Lisbon and Bratislava, while the connection of speakers was controlled from Brussels, all directed from the studio in Bratislava.

– Directing in a foreign language – the biggest challenge was directing an event that also took place in Portuguese, for example. The project included interpreters in the studio, who interpreted what was happening on stage for the main director so that he could react immediately. At the same time, they interpreted into the studio communication with connected spectators – citizens who asked

Arcelik Virtual Dealer Meeting

To organize a live broadcast event with a technologically superior method for our authorized dealers and services, in a way that resembles our physical meetings.

To organize a live broadcast event with a technologically superior method for our Arcelik and Beko Authorized dealers and services, in a way that resembles our physical meetings, since we have not been able to get together due to the pandemic. We designed 3 different 3D worlds for our 3 different brands, designs reflecting the 2021 brand strategy according to separate brand guides. Sustainabilty for Arcelik, home concept for Beko, digital transformation for our authorized services. We have benefited from all the blessings of technology. We blended virtual with reality. We decided to use the technologies such as Extended, Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality. We have listed the areas where we can make an impact. A live show, an experienced MOC, animation of the figures and discourses we want to underline, creating a friendly atmosphere with the right speaker selection.. In terms of sales, we gave a car prize with a lottery as a reward that befits a profitable year for our company.

Agents of Change

A digital kick-off for 1700 employees presented as a 40-minute action-thriller set in the world of Sopra Steria. It depicts how two heroes save the day with help from colleagues and their technology.

When we started to plan this event, we had become quite proficient in planning and executing digital events. Our events had evolved from simple webcasts to high quality digital events inspired by tv-entertainment like late night shows. Now we wanted to push the boundaries of digital events even further and decided on making a movie: A fictional movie that revolves around Sopra Steria, integrating messages from the management, Sopra Steria projects and technology, and where the red thread is Sopra Steria´s main purpose: digitalization and transformation. Furthermore, we wanted to engage the audience in an online escape game as part of the movie plot. In the movie the protagonists get trapped and reach out to the audience with a video message, telling them to help them out of captivity. After one hour of teamwork, the teams had made the task, and the movie continued ending in a big finale with the CEO rappelling down the façade of their office building, and capturing the antagonist.

2021 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Cologne – Shows

Production of the shows of the finals of the top European basketball competition for clubs: Semifinals, Third Place Game and Championiship Game Pre-game Shows, Teams Presentation and Trophy Ceremony.

“4th Dimension” is the guiding concept of the 4 shows. Tread line: the use of Augmented Reality and the live presence of a DJ and two hip-hop dancers. The pre-game shows of the semifinals and third place pay tribute to Cologne, the host city, which unfolds from the floor as a 3D carousel. Within the city billboards, tournament highlights feature the challenging teams. The Championship pre-game show, on the other hand, is a journey through the different dimensions of basketball, a visual adventure that “unveils” layer after layer of the fundamental elements of the game: passion, cheering, competition, the trophy, etc. The video sequence is structured as a 180” countdown for 10 spectacular settings. Each number corresponds to a “dimensional leap” that plays with the arena surfaces. The music supports the entire show, changing atmosphere as the show unfolds. The end of the show marks the beginning of the teams presentation and the entrance of the players.

Janssen Open House 2020

Corona silence. Nobody was allowed on campus. Except for Carl, the moderator. And he meets members of all perspectives within the healthcare system spread across the campus – on screens.

Due to the pandemic, neither participants nor employees are allowed to enter the Janssen campus. The image of the empty campus is deliberately staged and chosen as the setting for the digital event.

The moderator, Carl, sets out to explore the abandoned campus. Alone. He meets various protagonists on screens, captures exciting perspectives, interacts with the audience, and gathers valuable insights. All bundled together, this offers new approaches for improving the healthcare system. The online audience is his constant companion. He is always interacting with participants, asking for feedback, inviting playful responses, and actively engaging them in discussions.
A special digital platform allows for a complex collection and clustering of the co-created content.

Different camera perspectives, light settings as well as cinematic music are used. Scenic moments and changing scenery provide associative context and make the event informative, interactive, and entertaining.

HHS – Hamburg Hemophilia Symposium

We transformed a formerly live two-day symposium with eight presentations, an award ceremony, and various discussions into a digital, interactive, very dynamic meeting of experts in special locations.

These days digital events are often put into a studio, resulting in sitting or standing “talking heads”. We instead used a setting that had a kitchen, a studio with two settings, an outdoor area and a gondola on the rooftop. From session to session, we switched the setting, moving with the camera around, inviting the audience to explore the setting, as well as inviting them for a wide variety of interactions – content based, but also with a digital applause, counting the “applauses”.
Instead of a dry and “propper” design, we used a sketched aesthetic, allowing for fun storytelling and transforming this aesthetic also for the content collection on a chalk wall, generating common results.
Transforming a two-day digital event into real fun with all elements!

MASERATI MMXX WORLD PREMIERE MC20

“Time to be audacious” show, a symmetrical experience live and digital. A “racing opera”, born from the sound, voice and heart of Maserati, to guide the guest through its vision to unveil the new MC20

Maserati “Time to be audacious” is the definition and the common denominator, which inspired this project. Starting from the brand’s vision and to transcend genres and definitions, the show was designed to blend real and virtual in a symmetrical experience between live and digital. A colossal screen, a monolith emptied inside and a sky to complete the anamorphic and alienating nature of the scene. A halo of cars as a parterre to host part of the public and a functional location: the Modena racetrack. A temporary theatre in a racetrack to host a “racing opera”, a celebration of legendary daring and style. The concept originates from the sound and is based, also visually, on the interpretation of the brand’s voice, creating parallelism with the beating heart of the Maserati genius: the Neptune engine. The pace is fast and cinematic to guide the user through the contemporary vision of the brand, paving the way for the unveiling of the new MC20.

TCS Innovation Forum series 2020

The TCS Innovation Forum series is a set of exclusive flagship events, aimed at high-level executives. Each event aims to position TCS, its partners and customers, as thought leaders in technology.

For 14 years TCS had run its flagship IFS event as full-day physical events across 4 continents. Indeed, all major TCS events were physical. To move to a 100% digital format in 4 weeks was therefore a major innovation.

After extensive research (see later) we chose a platform that would bring unprecedented levels of sophistication to our first digital event. Named ON24, it combined the advantages of an off-the-shelf product with a bespoke solution. See later for more detail.

We then adapted it to suit a digital format. Each forum was capped at 90mins, with each segment lasting a max. 15mins to drive engagement (89% of attendees rated the event length as just right).

Renowned BBC Click presenter Spencer Kelly was chosen to MC each event live. His lively tone held audience engagement while giving the forums a premium look/feel. Live and pre-recorded content were also uniquely combined, mimicking a live event while lowering tech-based disruption.
