Kai Troll has background and is active in diverse industries.
Troll is the President and co-founder of Brussels based ASSOCIATIONWORLD, taking a holistic approach towards the development of non-profit associations and association professionals, building a global association movement. He also serves as the Chair of the Best Buddies EMEA region, is head of the Development Committee of the International Sport and Cultural Association (ISCA) and drives developments at several International and European associations in the field of disabilities,- NCD’s related topics, new technology,- sports and education.
In 2021, Kai founded the Geneva International Association Forum (GIAF), the Brussels International
Association Forum (BIAF), the Washington International Association Forum (WIAF) in 2022, the Irish Association Forum (IAF) in 2023 and will launch the Montreal International Association Forum (MIAF) in 2024.
Previously, Troll was Director of Global Partnerships with the International Diabetes Federation, Director at Special Olympics International in Europe-Eurasia and a Senior Management Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group based in Europe, North-America and Asia.
