In 3 weeks we’ve built out of scratch the venue for the 2-days celebration jubilee for 2,500 guests on the Tatras Mountains hillsides, after which we restored the hillside to its origins.
We wanted our event to feel local & global at the same time. Our response – add locality in each scenario element: substantive presentations; reusable scenography; local cuisine, & iconic local assets: White Bear & region Band Golec Brothers & Orchestra.
We wanted to engage, inspire, and, by experience say “thank you”. So we found a common thread (locality) to mixed key values: 30 years in Poland; focus on the future with honors to the roots & members without whom the jubilee wouldn’t be possible – previous CEO and employees.
During inspirational panels, motivating women shared their stories: Magda Molek (journalist), Janina Bak (mental health activist) & coach on a wheelchair, Agata Roczniak.
New brand strategy was filmed & presented during the company roadshow – engaging, maintained in a TEDx manner & highlighted local brand character with a global image.
And yes, from the inside of the venue, you could watch the most beautiful mountain site in Poland – Tatras.
