Music connects people was the idea. Organising an eclectic music festival was the perfect way of bringing people from all over Europe together in one place.
Big, bright & bold!
The smart, surprising and motivational off- and online communication campaign created a great deal of engagement among all the group’s employees. As many as 3,500 of the 4,300 employees registered for the event.
A beautiful venue at a lake in Eersel, near Eindhoven, was the place to be. Workers from 9 different countries came together under the same House Of HR flag. But the 10 PowerHouses also had their own moment during the day on one of the 3 stages.
Organizing the festival gave us the opportunity to make everything personal, sustainable and 100% HoHR. September 10th was a new milestone in the history of House of HR: a day when their community became even more tightly knit and where the foundations were laid for new heights.
