Art and Gastronomy Festival that helps to remove barriers between art and gastronomy organized for the residents and visitors of Valencia and in which participate more than 20 cultural institution.
Festival was born in 2020 thanks to the creative capacity of the Valencian cultural and gastronomic environment that turns the FestIN proposals into unique, fleeting and unrepeatable experiences. Each festival edition is different. We look for new spaces, new gastronomic proposals, new concepts. In 2023 we begin with a reinterpretation of a well-known performance by the Italian artist Piero Manzoni and a showcooking with the egg as a key element. In this way, through this reference to the iconic interpretation of Manzoni, the dissolution of borders between art and gastronomy has been illustrated, and that governs the philosophy of FestIN.
