Introduction, preparation and implementation of a product launch in perfectly coordinated steps along a well-defined communication route.

The entry via the gamification road on the platform opened up a great potential for creativity. A colorful appealing adventure world was created, in which people set out together to reach the goal. In advance, each participant created a personal avatar, with which he or she went on the journey. Various tasks and games had to be completed in order to progress further and collect points and knowledge in the process. In the final phase, the participants were also challenged to be creative and innovative by preparing and sharing ideas and suggestions regarding a convincing customer approach. Other attractively prepared tools on the platform invited users to share best practice examples, value stories and picture galeries. All in all, the specially created platform offerd the perfect communication framework for exchange, information and creation.
