The transformation of Commerzbank is to be reflected during the top management conference. Therefore, a totally new event format with focus on motivation and positive emotionalization was created.
In the context of the transformation, we developed a completely new format that, on the one hand, makes the transformation of the past years tangible and, on the other hand, carries through the justified optimism for the future. Away from the classic conference format with a passive audience, towards an individual and explorative content and co-creation festival that breaks up learned structures and brings personal responsibility and co-creation to the fore. Completely unfamiliar for the participants: By means of a specially created event app, the executives are not only tuned in with information and inspiration, rather they are responsible for designing their individual program flow via the tool. On site, the completely open room concept not only ensures an unseen and fresh look & feel, but furthermore integrates everyone, provides networking opportunities as well as a special team feeling and is simply fun. In this way, the new spirit of the bank is transmitted immediately.
