ESET
Senior Employee events Specialist

Peter Kolišťanik

Biography

Peter is a senior event manager with more than 15 years of experience delivering corporate, client-facing, VIP, internal and large-scale public events. He currently leads Employee events at ESET, where he takes projects from first idea to final teardown — building the concept, choosing and negotiating with suppliers, managing the budget,  timeline and running delivery on site. Most recently he led the company's main-partner presence at Pohoda Festival, designing and delivering a branded festival zone that ran at capacity throughout the event. His approach is built on operational discipline rather than improvisation: objectives defined before formats, risks surfaced early, dependencies owned, and contingencies in place long before load-in. He works comfortably across executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, procurement processes and supplier networks — often simultaneously, and usually under a fixed date that will not move. Peter is based in Slovakia and works across Central Europe, sometimes worldwide events too.

Outside of work, he is a keen traveller, drawn to active, experience-led trips — hiking, biking, local markets, exploring nature & culture around the world. It is a habit that feeds directly back into his work: an ongoing collection of ideas about how places make people feel.
