My advice to the nominees: Just be yourself and be proud of your work. Showcase your results and try to bring the atmosphere from the event to BEA.

What does respect mean to you?  In an old book, it is written, "Treat other people the way you want other people to treat you." This is how I view respect. It is the regard for another person or group, the acknowledgment of their value and individuality, including the acceptance of their strengths, values, and boundaries, without wanting to change them. In a relationship based on respect, there is a safe space for open communication, even in the case of a difference of opinion.
