HQWS was engaged with a comprehensive range of tasks, including meticulous planning, efficient execution, seamless production within a tight timeframe, stage setup, audio-visual arrangements, operations and logistic, protocol coordination and hospitality services. Our goal was to ensure a premium experience for all guests. Upon entering the venue, guests were immediately captivated by backlit walls displaying iconic Vanity Fair magazine covers over the years. The stage was thoughtfully arranged in the outdoor setting, surrounded by elegant décor, creating a picturesque ambiance for the guests to enjoy the dinner while being treated to remarkable entertainment.
