Internal strategy launch for 1000 Claims employees. Objective: introduce a transformative AI-driven cost-saving strategy and inspire company-wide adoption, targeting savings of NOK 800 million by 2026
Our objective was to execute a profound behavioral and operational shift within the Claims division. Facing a 30% surge in claims and record-high open cases, we had to launch the ambitious “ClAIm the Future” strategy, targeting cost reductions of NOK 800 million by 2026. The event was the critical catalyst to move 1,000 employees from potential apprehension to confident adoption of three new AI chatbots (EVA, SOFIE, FRANK). We needed them to not just understand but?embrace?these tools, transforming their daily routines from repetitive processing to strategic, value-added advisory work. The ultimate goal was 100% employee uptake within six months, making AI an indispensable, empowering partner in their work and directly linking their engagement to the monumental savings target.
The creative idea, “Take Off,” framed the strategic shift as an exciting launch into a new decade of work. The innovation was personifying the strategy through three AI “colleagues”:
EVA:?The first AI claims handler, for 24/7 service.
SOFIE:?The future operating model, enabling cross-functional work.
FRANK:?The fair partner ecosystem.
We brought these concepts to life through physical “bootcamp” stations at the main event. Each bot had a dedicated zone where employees, in small groups, engaged in realistic, gamified challenges using the actual AI tools. This transformed abstract AI concepts into tangible, hands-on experiences, making the future of work feel immediate and empowering.
