Afterwork incentive for clients, partners & friends: informal exchange through unique, interactive networking-stations, live Queen tribute, food & party in Vienna’s Ballonhalle
The objective of “UNDER PRESSURE? NOT TONIGHT!” was to create a distinctive incentive format that broke away from conventional corporate events and positioned our agency as a bold, creative partner. By inviting clients, employees, suppliers, media, and friends, we aimed to strengthen relationships, showcase our own event location, and demonstrate how unexpected concepts can inspire and connect people. The focus was not on product promotion, but on linking our brand with innovation, joy, and authenticity. Guests were encouraged to network, to perceive the agency as a driver of fresh ideas, and to experience how pressure can be transformed into positive energy. As it was our own event, we kept the budget lean, proving that creativity and impact matter more than large-scale spending. The intended outcome: stronger brand perception, long-term client loyalty, and greater trust in our ability to deliver unconventional, memorable solutions.
Our event was built on the courage to do things differently. Instead of a conventional incentive dinner or party, we translated the iconic Queen song into a full event concept: a night dedicated to releasing stress. The creative twist: activities normally unthinkable at corporate events—smashing a car with a bat, screaming in a sound booth, live graffiti or battling on an XXL Gameboy—became playful therapies against daily pressure. Music amplified the theme, with a Queen tribute band and a DJ setting the emotional tone. The innovation lay not in expensive production, but in the disruptive idea: turning pressure into energy, joy and connection. By combining raw industrial atmosphere, bold interactive stations and a limited budget, we showed how creativity can surprise, unite and redefine what an incentive event can be.
