27Names agencies across Europe united for 1 day, 1 purpose: to pause work & do good together. A 1st-ever initiative that sparked extraordinary pride, motivation, unity, & belonging across the network.
We set out to strengthen pride, loyalty, & belonging across the 27Names network- 27 independent agencies spread across Europe. In this 1st ever edition, Community Day became a network-wide initiative spanning 18 countries, marking the 1st time in our 17 year history we acted in unison. The challenge was bold yet simple: what if every team paused on the same day to do good together?
Our goal was to inspire our people through meaningful shared action, creating a sense of one unified team across borders. Each agency took full ownership to design a project rooted in its community, from youth mentoring to cultural collaborations & environmental clean-ups, while knowing their efforts would become part of a much bigger European story. This balance of local pride & shared purpose was key. The expected outcomes were stronger team spirit, deeper loyalty, renewed motivation, & stronger sense of pride in belonging. With all 27 agencies already committed for next year, the momentum will only grow.
The creative spark lay in the simplicity: One network, one united day. With no central budget, we created a decentralized model where each agency acted authentically under the shared idea: What if we all paused on the same day to do good together?
The diversity of projects highlighted the creativity. Some mentored youth, others co-created cultural experiences with disadvantaged groups, while others took environmental action, from clean-ups & bee protection to upcycling event materials. Agencies also raised funds to support families in need, cleaner oceans, & youth empowerment. Different in form, all carried the same spirit of purpose & creativity.
What made it powerful wasn’t staging or spend, but the unity created. For once, agencies weren’t creating for brands or clients, but for each other to build pride, joy, & belonging through meaningful shared action. Dozens of initiatives became one story, proof that when people act together, small steps add up to extraordinary impact.
