The Event

Celebrating SKELAR’s 10th anniversary, “Builders of Tomorrow” embodied its venture builder DNA — uniting people, businesses, and charity into a future-driven, immersive experience.

The event was dedicated to SKELAR’s 10th anniversary and pursued a threefold mission: to unite the team around shared values and achievements, to introduce all teams to the company’s other businesses (as the company grows businesses internally), and to implement a large-scale charitable mission.

The main goals were: strengthening corporate culture, fostering pride in the brand, showcasing the strength of the portfolio businesses, and raising €200,000 to support Ukraine.

We aimed for participants not only to celebrate the company’s history, but also to feel responsibility for its future, gain new insights into SKELAR’s businesses, get to know each other more deeply, and become brand ambassadors.

At its core, the event brought to life SKELAR’s identity as a venture builder under the unifying concept “Builders of Tomorrow.” The narrative emphasized SKELAR’s role in creating, nurturing, and scaling businesses that shape the future.

The concept transformed from slogan to tangible experience: 13 branded stands showcased portfolio companies through the lens problem ? solution ? value, while the quest reflected the stages of business growth — from startup to late stage. Immersive design elements (helmets, badges, industrial décor, digital installations) placed participants in the role of future builders themselves.This was a fully customized event, where specially designed activities reflected the company’s values and unique journey: LEGO figures of businesses, VR shuttles, art games, and the charity mechanic “Charity Time.”Innovations included a chatbot for invitations and interactivity, AR games, online quests, Pinterest-style invitations, an in-house merch shop, and scratch cards
