Rossmann, Poland’s largest drugstore chain with over 1,900 stores, goes beyond simply providing everyday essentials. For many young people, it is also a first workplace — which makes Generation Z values such as authenticity, self-love, and body positivity an integral part of the brand’s identity. The company invests in the future by expanding internship programs that offer young people their first professional experience in a safe and supportive environment.
The purpose of the event was to show employees that Rossmann is more than ‘just a drugstore.’ It is a place where self-care and genuine human connection are celebrated. Throughout the event, we extended to our employees the same care they are expected to provide to customers — offering not only a strategy, but an experience they could truly feel. Our ambition was to empower store managers to become ambassadors of these values, inspiring their teams and translating them into meaningful, everyday customer interactions.
“Conversations under the Sign of the Centaur” was designed as a multi-stage emotional journey. The Centaur, Rossmann’s emblem, represents stability and care, while the motto highlights the company’s partnership with employees. One challenge was transforming the raw Atlas Arena into a warm, inviting space with scenography reflecting the brand’s refreshed identity through soft forms, pastels & atmospheric lighting. A vital element was showcasing young people’s role, symbolized by Gen Z icon Sara James, whose campaign spot “Thank you. You are my home. I love you” captured the spirit of self-love and authenticity. This message came alive during a contemporary young talents dance, embodying freshness and freedom. Enriched by wellness influencer & multisensory scenography: bath-foam inspired installations, product mock-ups, soap bubbles, fire effects, and aromatherapy. A spectacular, ever-changing stage design reflected diversity and innovation, turning each block into a memorable experience
