The goal was to bring the employees together and have fun with a summer party. The most important thing in this event was the concept, pre-event communication, entertainment and catering.
We created a true oasis that the entire universe of NTT DATA employees could reach. An escape from the city and the work routine.
This oasis had to convey the sense of a safe and relaxing place, achieved through the chosen venue, in the lungs of Lisbon, the Club – Monsanto Secret Spot, where the party took place mostly outdoors, taking advantage of the exuberant natural setting of all the natural vegetation in this area of Lisbon.
However, we wanted this oasis to also be technological, taking into account our client’s area of action and therefore, all the elements that painted the event, from the communication image, to the furniture to the lighting effects, brought this character .
And of course, making everyone feel like they were an integral part of the scene and, therefore, creativity and team spirit were encouraged, as guests were challenged to dress up with accessories that evoked the atmosphere of an oasis.
