The event is a complex project combining logistics, sporting routes, specific technologies and high-level organizational details. The race crossed the entire state of Florida with regularity trials and networking moments for enthusiasts, collectors and partners. The organization operated on multiple levels: route planning, coordination of numerous technical teams (judges, marshals, timekeepers and volunteers), promotion and registration management, sponsorship management, and hospitality and safety services.
