The Event

The most attended sporting event in Italian history: a global festival merging sport, music, and entertainment into a fully immersive experience for fans from all over the world.

Ambitious goals guided the project:
• To offer fans new engagement opportunities beyond the track, transforming the Grand Prix into a container of immersive and spectacular experiences.
• Exceed 2024’s attendance record, allowing fans to experience the thrill of motorsport as true protagonists.
• Strengthen the event’s focus on sustainability, inclusion, and comfort while ensuring efficient and safe management across all operational areas.
• Showcase Made in Italy excellence through an international-level Grid Show.
• To celebrate Formula 1’s 75th anniversary with high-impact engagement initiatives connecting the sport’s past and future.
• Create a global festival fusing sport, music, and entertainment into a single, engaging experience for an international audience.
• Bring to life a series of “events within the event,” demonstrating that motorsport now extends beyond the track, living through an immersive multichannel experience built around the track.

The creative concept for the 2025 Pirelli Italian Grand Prix was born from the challenge of surpassing the success of 2024 with a narrative that connects past and future: From Legend to Future. Monza became a bridge between Formula 1’s glorious history and the technologies, talents, and emotions shaping its tomorrow. The event celebrated 75 years of Formula 1 through shows, activations, and experiential content that turned the Grand Prix into a true global festival. Talks with motorsport legends and emerging talents, DJ sets featuring stars like Benny Benassi, a Freestyle Park with international athletes, interactive totems showcasing the history of F1, and over 45,000 m² of immersive Fanzone experiences created an emotional and innovative narrative. The Grid Show — featuring the Folgore Paratroopers, tenor Vittorio Grigolo, the Italian Air Force’s Frecce Tricolori, and the young guests of Fondazione Maria Letizia Verga — crowned an edition defined by spectacle, values, and inclusion.
