Biography
Victoria is a seasoned marketing and strategy expert with over a decade of experience leading brand-building initiatives for global FMCG companies. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach, she combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver impactful, consumer-centric solutions across international markets.
Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at JTI in Geneva, Victoria leads initiatives to elevate the Ploom brand in the heated tobacco segment, focusing on consumer activations and brand-building. Prior to this, she held strategic roles at Philip Morris International, where she spearheaded innovation projects in new ventures.
Her career began at Nestlé Nespresso HQ in Lausanne in global communication roles before relocating to New York to support the launch of a new product line in the USA. Returning to HQ, she later launched Nespresso’s new global brand identity and led high-profile artist collaborations that enhanced brand equity and drove commercial impact.
Victoria brings a rare blend of creative flair and business acumen, with expertise spanning brand strategy, integrated marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Passionate about delivering meaningful consumer experiences, she continues to shape the future of brand engagement in dynamic, fast-paced industries.

What does respect mean to you? Respect in the context of experience design is about looking at consumers as valued individuals: building trust, loyalty and advocacy through empathy, transparency, inclusivity, and dialogue.
