An award-winning project must: An award-winning project must not only meet its objectives and financials flawlessly but most importantly, should spark emotion, create lasting impact, and raise the bar for what’s possible in our industry.
My advice to the nominees: First advice; tell the story behind the project — not just what you did, but why it mattered. Highlight the impact, anything innovative, and how your team brought the event to life and overcame challenges. Its not only about perfect execution, is also about vision, courage and lasting impact
What does respect mean to you? Respect means recognizing the value each person brings to the table, no matter their role. In our profession and our industry of business events, built on precision, collaboration, and high expectations, respect is the foundation that allows teams to thrive, creativity to emerge, and excellence to be sustained. It’s not just about how we treat others — it’s how we listen, lead, and deliver together.
