Geeske Doeve

Geeske Doeve is a seasoned global events leader currently serving as Head of Events & Experience, Global Markets at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a role she assumed at the start of 2025. With a tenure at TCS beginning in 2015, Geeske advanced to Head of Events for Europe & UK in 2017 and has since delivered a sustained track record of elevating flagship client-facing events across the region.
In her current global remit, Geeske collaborates closely with regional marketing and event teams to drive strategic alignment and deliver high-impact experiences, spanning premier summits, receptions, and large-scale client engagements. Her mandate is to enhance consistency and quality across these global events—bringing standardization and strategic refinement.

A recognized voice in the events industry, Geeske was honored as one of the Eventex 100 Most Influential People in 2024 and recently joined the prestigious Event Leaders Exchange (ELX), joining peers in sharing best practices and shaping the future of global events.

Prior to TCS, Geeske built her foundations in the hospitality sector. She holds a degree from Hotel Management School The Hague. After working in the hotel industry, Geeske brought her experience to the marketing & events industry, anchoring her proficiency in event design, marketing communications and campaigns, and customer-centric delivery.  Known for her ability to deliver high-end events and experiences, she remains deeply committed to nurturing both client satisfaction and team pride.
