Creative conception, planning, organisation and production of the main Jubilee events: Adolescents, Confraternities and Young People, held in various locations in Rome from April to August 2025.
Welcoming pilgrims for the 2025 Jubilee and making them feel at home, while ensuring that events held in open-air venues with thousands of people are easily accessible.
Jubilee for Adolescents: welcoming over 200,000 adolescents. Transforming the square in front of St. Peter’s Basilica into a stage to celebrate the Via Lucis with 30,000 young people. Creating a concert for 80,000 young people at the Circus Maximus. Managing the crisis caused by the death of Pope Francis and the request for funeral services.
Jubilee of Confraternities: welcoming over 100,000 pilgrims. Managing 2 processions for an audience of over 70,000 people in the heart of Rome, ensuring live and direct TV coverage, security and all the necessary arrangements.
Jubilee of Youth: welcoming over 600,000 young people and night-time supervision of more than 500 facilities for 6 days. Design and management of the Confessions Event on 1°August, setting the world record for the most faithful confessed in a single day.
The planning of each event had very tight deadlines: a maximum of one month, but often less than 15 days.
Jubilee for Adolescents: management of Via Lucis at the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul and a large concert at the Circus Maximus (80,000 people), which was then cancelled and replaced at short notice by the supply of screens and audio-video equipment to various squares in Rome for the funeral of Pope Francis.
Jubilee of Confraternities: management of two processions in the centre of Rome, coordinating the setting up of the route, security, live television coverage, audio and video direction, water delivery, and the arrival and transport of the statues.
Jubilee of Youth: management of the Confessions Event at the Circus Maximus. Set-up of the entire area and coordination of hundreds of resources for 9 hours of non-stop confessions.
In addition, reception, security, set-up and toilet facilities were provided for thousands of people throughout the Lazio region for all events.
