Europe-wide CSR initiative uniting 27Names agencies. From mentoring youth to supporting orphans, from upcycling to sustainability, each local action created impact & amplified purpose across borders.
Our mission was to raise awareness of social issues & put CSR into action across our network of 27 agencies. In this 1st edition, Community Day became a network-wide initiative- the 1st time in our 17 year history we acted together. The aim was not recognition but responsibility: to support communities, inspire young people, & amplify causes such as sustainability, inclusion, and social mobility.
As creative agencies, we usually apply our skills to raise awareness and results for big brands. For Community Day, we flipped that: we channeled the same creativity and energy into communities and causes with little or no profile — simply for the joy of giving and the love of community. The goal was to prove that small, authentic steps, multiplied across Europe, can create meaningful change, while at the same time strengthening our own network — deepening pride, belonging, and motivation within our teams. With all 27 agencies confirmed for the next edition, the impact will only grow stronger.
Instead of staging one large CSR event, we sparked a Europe-wide movement: diverse initiatives, one shared purpose. Each agency rooted its project in local needs, united by the belief that collective action creates meaningful change. The diversity of projects highlighted the creativity. Some mentored youth, others co-created cultural experiences with disadvantaged groups, some partnered with an orphanage, while others took environmental action. Some raised funds to support families in need, cleaner oceans, & youth empowerment. Together, these actions addressed social mobility, inclusion, & sustainability, proving how creativity can amplify causes often overlooked. What made it powerful wasn’t staging or spend, but the responsibility embraced and the lasting partnerships formed. For once, agencies weren’t creating for clients or recognition, but for their communities & the joy of giving. Dozens of initiatives became 1 shared story, proof that small steps can create meaningful change.
