The Event

Conferences and major events in various Italian cities focusing on inclusion and the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

To place persons with disabilities at the center, fostering inclusion, dialogue and dissemination of best practices at the national level. To ensure full accessibility (physical, sensory and digital) at every stage, enhance the participation of associations and institutions, amplify the message of “Io Valgo” as a platform for sharing, and actively involve local communities to transform the roadshow into a nationwide shared experience.

IO VALGO is more than a social project: it is a path of inclusion across Italy, involving associations, Third Sector organizations and citizens to create a future based on personal freedom and life planning, because everyone is a “Person of Value.” The project was developed as an itinerant roadshow, with stages dedicated to specific themes: autism (Treviso), social inclusion (Cernobbio), DAMA model (Catania), Solfagnano Charter (Perugia). Each event included institutional discussions, inclusive activities, association stands, training and performances, with a modular format adapted to the location. The visual identity was coordinated and declined on the different themes to ensure recognizability and consistency. Communication was based on emotional storytelling and multimedia content, with an accessible and participatory approach. An active role was also entrusted to young people, who contributed as volunteers to the operations.
