WISH 2022 was the 2022 summit of the WISH global healthcare community dedicated to capturing and disseminating best evidence ideas & practices, undertaking global research into healthcare challenges.
The idea was to create a highly interactive and innovative hybrid summit combining a large global online audience with in-person delegates featuring discussion forums, training workshops, showcases and networking to promote active learning and support among the global healthcare community.
The hybrid summit concept centered around a dedicated app to connect online delegates with physical attendees and provide opportunities to network, connect, interact and collaborate. A virtual studio was designed for dedicated online discussions and Doha Debates sessions.
The summit program included opening & closing sessions, keynote & plenary sessions, forum sessions, policy briefings, workshops, masterclasses, informal Agora discussions and the Doha Disability Track as well as WHO’s Sports for Health conference and an Innovation Hub to exhibit examples of innovation in healthcare, provide space for networking and exhibit a history of Islamic medicine and health inspired sculptures.
