The core objective was to showcase Cvent’s unified, AI-powered platform and the latest event technologies while equipping attendees with practical skills to drive event and group business success. Through hands-on training, curated workshops, and targeted sessions based on persona and unique organisation types, planners learned how to design event experiences that deliver more impact, marketers explored data-driven attendee engagement and ROI solutions, and hoteliers discovered new ways to use technology to engage planners and bring more group business to their properties. Every session was built to offer actionable insights, enable stronger networks, and provide tools to champion innovation. As Cvent’s flagship conference, CONNECT reinforced the brand’s position as a trusted partner and industry leader.

As an event for event industry professionals, there are extremely high attendee expectations.
