Hybrid press conference on an unprecedented scale in Poland for media, business leaders, and stakeholders to unveil Orlen’s 2035 strategy, with immersive multimedia, live broadcast, and networking.
The Orlen 2035 Strategy press conference was far more than a corporate announcement—it was a full-scale press & PR – crossover event that redefined strategic communication. As the most important presentation of the largest company in Central and Eastern Europe, it aimed to deliver Orlen’s long-term vision to both business stakeholders and the public. Held at the High Voltage Hall of the Institute of Power Engineering, the event merged corporate messaging, immersive technology, and media storytelling. Designed as a hybrid experience, it reached audiences on-site, via mainstream media, and across digital platforms. A key challenge was time: the entire concept, setup, and production were delivered in just 8 working days. The objective was maximum impact, visibility, and engagement—achieved through a seamless, real-time execution that set a new benchmark for strategic events.
Tevent redefined strategic presentations in Poland through a bold mix of creativity and cutting-edge technology. We transformed a 33?m-high industrial hall into an immersive multimedia stage, combining kinetic LED panels opening like futuristic gates, rotating transparent cubes, and a synchronized laser and lighting show. A custom-designed multimedia performance, fully integrated with sound and visuals, amplified the impact of the strategy reveal. For the first time, a fully soundproof media zone was created for real-time interviews, ensuring flawless press coverage. The event featured an advanced cinematic camera setup with cranes and gimbals, delivering dynamic shots and seamless transitions like a live TV broadcast. Every detail—from the moving scenography to real-time content control—was engineered to create a powerful storytelling environment. The concept was developed by the agency’s creative director in collaboration with top engineers, setting a new standard for hybrid events.
