Internal strategy event for 3,000 Caixa Geral de Depósitos employees, designed to align strategy, celebrate teams and bring the “Caixa Viva” brand to life.
The goal was to transform a traditional corporate meeting into a vibrant brand experience. Caixa Geral de Depósitos sought to activate the “Caixa Viva” motto, reinforce strategic direction and cultural alignment, and recognise and energise teams across all levels. The company wanted employees to leave feeling proud, motivated, and connected to the organisation. The expected impact was greater cultural cohesion and engagement, with participants inspired to embody and spread the brand’s energy in their daily roles.
The concept “Caixa Viva” translated the brand’s evolution into a dynamic, living experience. Inspired by a box that opens, adapts, and transforms, we designed a fluid scenography and motion system that evolved throughout the event. The narrative was structured like a live show — balancing strategy, humour, and emotion. We brought surprise to every moment: magic tricks hidden in lunchboxes, award reveals with cinematic flair, and a satirical live editorial by “As Três da Manhã” that turned internal culture into entertainment. Recognitions became immersive moments. A final performance by employees and a surprise guest artist closed the event with collective emotion. From pacing to participation, every element was rethought to make a strategy meeting feel like a celebration of movement, people, and future.
