Exclusive B2B conference for 140 senior marketing leaders, designed to showcase Sanoma’s industry leadership through AI-driven interaction, insights, networking and sales impact.

Sanoma B2B is Finland’s largest marketing partner, reaching 97% of Finns weekly. Its strength lies in combining data, media, and content into impactful marketing solutions, serving virtually every major advertiser in the country. The objective of Sanoma Get Tomorrow was to transform the traditional B2B seminar into an interactive experience reflecting this role. The aim was to give 140 senior marketing leaders an authentic opportunity to discuss current topics and share insights. Goals included deepening client relationships, creating new contacts, and equipping Sanoma’s sales team with concrete tools for follow-up. Participants were to gain fresh perspectives, feel their voices were heard, and see Sanoma as a bold industry pioneer.

Our “Loop of Insight” concept turned seminar challenges upside down. Instead of passively listening, every voice and keynote was captured. AI analysed pre-event forms to create table groups where like-minded participants met. After each keynote, group discussions were held, and all talks and presentations were transcribed in real time by AI. On stage, an AI Avatar engaged in live dialogue with the hosts, highlighting insights and even humorous moments. Within 12 hours, each attendee received a personalised summary with their most relevant content, while sales teams received tailored client reports the next day. By combining AI, curated interaction, and a live avatar, we created a new B2B event model where all knowledge was captured and transformed into value.
