The main objective was to reposition Maricá’s anniversary as a benchmark in technological and cultural innovation, transforming the celebration into an urban spectacle. The aim was to integrate artificial intelligence, immersive scenography, and interactivity to materialize a possible future for the city, fostering belonging and civic pride. Beyond celebration, the event sought to make urban projects tangible through digital tools. The Time Capsules, with AI-driven avatars and presence sensors, enabled personalized real-time interactions, while video mapping and high-definition projections at the House of Utopias connected memory, innovation, and the future. Participants were expected to perceive Maricá as a rising tech-driven city, live impactful digital experiences, and engage as active protagonists of urban transformation.

Creativity was centered on merging AI, immersive storytelling, and urban scenography. The Time Capsules 2035 featured AI avatars interacting live with visitors, narrating visions of the future in health, services, and hospitality. The House of Utopias became a multimedia hub, combining models, interactive projections, and video mapping that showcased Maricá’s urban evolution. At night, the “Lines of Niemeyer” audiovisual mapping transformed façades into digital canvases, uniting architecture, culture, and technology. Gamification and interactive tools reinforced engagement, turning participation into a shareable and memorable experience. The innovative blend of AI, mapping, and digital storytelling elevated the anniversary into a futuristic spectacle that went far beyond a traditional civic celebration.
