The Event

SOFTSWISS Young Fest: a 15th anniversary festival for employees, blending business, learning, teambuilding, and entertainment to inspire engagement and culture.

On the surface, SOFTSWISS Young Fest appeared to be a 15th anniversary celebration. In reality, it carried a deeper mission: to strengthen culture, unite employees around shared values, and align communication with business goals. To achieve this, the objectives were set clearly — boost engagement, reinforce loyalty, and introduce a transparent incentive system that rewarded active participation across all activities.
For employees, the experience was designed as a journey through 15 years of SOFTSWISS — at once a legacy to be proud of and a new beginning to embrace. The lasting goal was not only to inspire, connect, and motivate during the festival itself, but to leave participants with a sense of belonging and pride that endures long after — a feeling that even if they one day leave the company, they will remember how remarkable it was to be part of SOFTSWISS.

The creative concept was to merge online and offline into one continuous flow, where employees could move effortlessly between formats — and every interaction created not just memories, but measurable value.
Innovation came through a dedicated digital ecosystem, with the event app serving as its central pulse. It brought schedules, maps, and registration into a single hub, enabled one-click sign-ups, tracked personal coin balances, and gamified participation by turning actions into tangible rewards. A built-in product showcase synced directly with the on-site merch store, generating thousands of real transactions.
To keep the sense of unity alive, we also launched a 24/7 online radio station with music, updates, and news — keeping the community literally “on the same wavelength.”
Together, these solutions created a festival designed to feel unforgettable — and prove undeniable.
