Flagship B2B festival for YouTube in Berlin with 1,700 marketers and creators. Vibrant playground and immersive main show showcased the power of YouTube and Google AI.

YouTube is Germany’s #1 video platform, yet faces growing competition. The goal of the YouTube Festival 2024 was to reinforce YouTube’s leadership position among marketing decision-makers, highlight the unique value of the platform and showcase the potential of Google AI. The festival aimed to immerse guests in the YouTube world—creators, authenticity, passion, community—making them tangible in a way no marketing deck could. Business-wise, the event was designed to drive positive perception of YouTube as essential to the media mix, strengthen client relationships, and stimulate ad sales growth.

The guiding idea: *There is only one YouTube.* The festival translated this motto into a living ecosystem across 4,000 sqm. Every detail of the playground encouraged exchange and discovery. The Main Show merged immersive multi-screen projections with live creator appearances—videos literally spilling onto the stage. An impressive lineup of stars such as Pamela Reif, Noel Robinson, and Mateo Price (Mr. Beast’s Creative Director) demonstrated YouTube’s unmatched creative energy. The mix of vibrant festival design, authentic creator encounters, and AI-driven content made the event unique. It broke with conference norms by creating a cultural happening that felt like stepping inside the platform.
