The 125-year anniversary aimed to celebrate Forvia Hella’s heritage while inspiring employees for the future. Main goals were to strengthen identification with the company, foster pride and belonging, and position Forvia Hella as an attractive and innovative employer. The company wanted to create lasting emotional connections, highlight its pioneering spirit, and demonstrate readiness for the next 125 years. Participants were expected to actively engage with the company’s history, contribute their visions for the future, and share experiences within their networks. They should leave the event feeling connected to colleagues across all levels, more optimistic about the company’s direction, and motivated to carry its values forward. The anniversary was designed as an immersive journey through time, transforming the venue into a living timeline where each hall embodied a different era. Authentic props, vintage vehicles and futuristic prototypes created a multisensory experience connecting history with innovation. A highlight was the event app, enabling employees to submit personal highlights before the event and actively shape the live show through votes, song requests and interactive features. This seamless digital integration bridged tradition with future-oriented engagement. Creative elements such as a Back to the Future-inspired DeLorean photo spot, Polaroid acts and interactive installations encouraged playful participation. The Grand Anniversary Show combined cinematic storytelling, theatrical performances and real-time employee involvement, turning the celebration into a unique blend of entertainment, co-creation and corporate vision.
