One of the most moving immersive football experiences in the world, an innovative retail and experiential space in which to relieve the history of the sport.
Our idea was to design an innovative football experience in the form of a dynamic experiential space creating a new physical consumer touchpoint beyond the football stadium or conventional football museum. As always-on event. We wanted this to be an engaging & educational journey that would appeal to old & young. An opportunity for key stakeholders to connect with the broad football fanbase through a shared passion.
The permanent exhibition of historic objects is interwoven with temporary immersive experiences, which leverage the passion of football to offer an emotional & for many a nostalgic journey through the sport’s history. These can be changed to incorporate new themes & milestones. The latest in AV technology has been used to adapt to space limitations & to fully leverage the spectacle of football. The journey culminates in a La Liga-themed store & restaurant. All this is housed within a space inspired by stadium architecture, using concrete and iron as the main materials.
