Biography
Maciej Ledzion – entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. He’s passionate about people, travel, sports, and books. He founded his first company, the event agency endorfina, at the age of 24 in early 2009 while still a student. The company has been growing at a double-digit pace almost every year, will reach around EUR 20 million in revenue in 2024, which places it among the top 3 event agencies in Poland. endorfina delivers over 200 projects annually, currently employs around 50 people, and consistently wins numerous industry awards both locally and internationally (50+ in total). The agency was also recognized as Event Agency of the Year in Poland. In 2024, endorfina took home the golden award at the BEA Awards in the Cultural Events category. Maciej is also a member of the Board of Directors at 27names - a European network of 27 leading independent live communication and event agencies, bringing together over 1,000 event professionals across the continent to create world-class brand experiences.
