Immersive 360° event with LED screens, drone live streaming, CO2, scent & wind effects, engaging 800 guests in TAURON’s new strategy and future energy transformation.
The event aimed to present TAURON Group’s new strategy in a transparent and engaging way. It sought to strengthen community among employees, partners, and stakeholders, create positive associations with the company’s future direction, and activate participants to embrace new initiatives. Despite having only 9 working days to prepare, the event delivered a powerful and memorable experience. Attendees were expected to better understand the company’s goals and values, perceive the brand as innovative, and feel motivated to collaborate in line with the new strategy.
The concept featured an immersive 360° layout with participants at the center of a multimedia installation. Two stages, panoramic LED screens, synchronized scent and wind effects, CO2 effects, and a live-flying drone broadcasting footage to the screens created a fully multisensory experience. The event’s narrative was designed as a seamless story about the energy sector’s future, not just a series of presentations, offering a unique and memorable approach.
