Dr. Vumile Msweli is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, speaker, executive, columnist and career coach with almost a decade of experience in the Human Capital arena; financial services ,2 years in Telecommunications/ ICT industries and 12 years in Human Capital. Vumile’s expertise lies in human capital support, service strategy, execution, operational management and leading teams. She has global experience working with a diverse range of cultures and is a results-oriented leader.
She has led and managed a team of multi-skilled operations and service executives across Middle East and Africa. She has addressed audiences on TedX; African Union; Women’s Economic Forum to mention a few. She is the CEO and founder of Hesed Consulting a coaching firm with presence in Rwanda, Botswana, Kenya, United States of America, Nigeria and South Africa.
She is the founder of the Hesed Africa Foundation which hosts events such as the Africa Career Summit; and the Africa Career Expo. She is a regular contributor on SAFM; Kaya FM as well as Botswana’s Duma FM and Nigeria’s The Guardian Newspaper; Business Day; Arise TV and Smooth FM as well as South Africa’s True Love. She has taught at prestigious institutions such as African Leadership University; Henley Business School; GIBS; Henley Business School Africa to mention a few.
