Piano B produces the Reale Group 2024 Convention in Turin at the Inalpi Arena. The event for 3,200 people from different countries has a focus on music.

Designing, organising and producing the Reale Group Convention: an extraordinary moment of festivity and celebration for a convention with an emotional tone and international scope to increase pride, enthusiasm and awareness of belonging to an important international company in all participants, coming from four countries. The event must consist of an institutional part and a celebratory ‘entertainment’ part. The two souls of the event do not necessarily have to be separated. Above all, the main objective is to create a multidimensional event that embraces time and space to enhance the magic of relationship, emotion and experience. An opportunity to enhance the internationality of the group and welcome colleagues from the new Greek company. An exceptional event where all the companies of the Group (Italy, Spain, Chile and Greece) will be present at one time and in one place.

WE PLAY 4 REAL, a concept that chose music as a universal language, an instrument of aggregation and amplifier of the sense of belonging of the attendees.
An exciting show punctuated by the world’s biggest rock band, the Rockin’1000: 250 musicians, some of them chosen from the corporate population, who accompanied those present on a musical journey under the banner of Rock, accompanying the entire event and also performing all the live jingles.
The audience enveloped the disobedient stage: a 360° scenography that, echoing the brand logo, enhanced the message of collective participation.
An exceptional presenter: Alessandro Cattelan, who hosted the convention but also entertained guests during lunch with a radio format designed specifically for the event: Radio Reale.
To complete the picture, an internationally renowned guest performed in a memorable concert: Laura Pausini with the speeches by Juri Chechi and Fabio Zaffagnini.
