Create exclusive lounges and experiences for 2500 VIPs at the 2024 Euroleague Final Four. In addition, we introduced ‘weekend packs’ featuring city tours and dinners with basketball legends.

Our objective was to elevate the experience for 2,500 VIP guests and sponsors at the EuroLeague Final Four in Berlin, enhancing both engagement and enjoyment. We developed a concept that connected the event to Berlin, ensuring guests felt the city’s vibrant energy alongside the excitement of basketball. This was reflected in our VIP hospitality areas, where guests indulged in authentic Berlin street food from gourmet food trucks. The outdoor Premium Garden, with its rustic wooden tables and benches, transformed into a vibrant beergarden, offering a relaxed yet lively atmosphere that captured Berlin’s charm.We offered exclusive ‘weekend packs’ that extended the event into the city, immersing guests in Berlin’s culture. This allowed VIPs to explore beyond the court, blending basketball with local experiences and creating lasting memories. The initiative was a success, with high participation, excellent feedback, and a deeper connection to the host city.

This year, we introduced a new creative element to the ‘weekend packs’. We’re innovating by using this ‘downtime’ on the court to keep engaging with our guests.
