Event where one simple element solved all challenges. A symbol like a BOX was also decoration, furniture, info channel, content visual, opening number, workshop material, advertising space etc.

The simple box became a multi-functional element, used in design, presentation, and interactivity, creating a cohesive, cost-effective, and engaging experience.
Box is cheap, sustainable, informative, versatile, creative, decorative, practical and just cool.

The concept “Out of the Box” was both literal and metaphorical, using boxes as central elements for multiple purposes (decor, seating, notes, workshops, and more).

Employees participated in hands-on workshops, transforming boxes into posters and costumes, culminating in a parade, reinforcing key messages through creative expression.

Each phase of the event was framed around a unique twist on the phrase “think outside the box,” with specific calls to action like “Create Outside the Box” and “Build Outside the Box.”
