The Event

A private trip to New York? We created a branded city inside the TV hall, where for the whole evening influencers & media had a chance to get to know brand new Maybelline New York products.

Maybelline New York is a brand close to trends, music & culture. Events promoting the brand’s new products have become a highly anticipated moment of the year for several seasons now, as well as the announcement of the continuation of the Maybelline NY Music Stories project. Referring to the New York soul of the brand, we decided to transform the location of the Warsaw venue & take guests on a unique journey to the only such city – Maybelline New York.
During the event, attendees were able to learn about and test new products, as well as bestsellers of the Maybelline New York brand. The heroes of this year’s event were Sky High and Firework mascaras (pre-premiere!), but also liquid blush Sunkisser, Instant Perfector Glow 4-in-1, the viral lipstick Super Stay Vinyl Ink and the new plumping lip gloss Lifter Plump. Also, the 2024 edition of Music Stories was about to be the biggest one, so the announcement during the launch event also had to be the biggest and make the right impression.

We transformed Warsaw’s ATM Studio into a vibrant and individuality-filled NY neighborhood, by divided space into 5 zones:
Queens: dedicated to Sky High with mua services based on airplane scenography.
Staten Island: XXL Instant Perfector Glow & Glow Art Gallery, place which made huge noise on Instagram!
Brooklyn: hottest zone filled with chili peppers details, Lifter Plump samples & fiery insta-wall.
Manhattan: red carpet in pink edition where guests had chance to feel like stars, by use the glambot, Firework sample from vending machine or pose with Statue of Liberty who held Firework XXL.
Bronx: surprise shade of Vinyl Ink to draw thanks to claw machine & only opportunity to create MNY graffiti inspired by new reveals. Zone just next to the scene, where the main parts of scenario were placed.
We combined street food, insta-spots, elements inspired by NY (as Times Square photo wall) and bars with alco & non-alcoholic drinks, where even drinks were named after NY districts!
