This annual appointment brings everyone together to socialize, get to know each other, celebrate the results of the past year, and outline the objectives and targets for the upcoming year. It includes a work session followed by a special gala evening—an unforgettable night that aimed to recognize the value of the company’s people, reward them, and place them at the center of a dedicated initiative. The evening was elegant, exclusive, and filled with emotions.

The initial idea faced seemingly insurmountable difficulties: to hold the gala dinner in a truly exclusive and unexpected location. The solution was found in the Central Square of Seville, which was also chosen for the work sessions, where a gigantic tent structure would be set up. This ensured the spectacularity and exclusivity of the moment, creating a unique and unrepeatable event. The innovation lay in placing the event in a public square, which involved closing it to traffic and obtaining a seemingly endless series of permits with lengthy and complex processes. We successfully secured the necessary permits with the help of a correspondent who had excellent relations with the public administration.
